Trainer Hub is a small, independent fan project, and we're glad to hear from readers.
The best way to reach us is by email at hello@pokemon-tcg.com. We don't run a support ticket system or a phone line, and we don't publish a postal address, since this is a guide site rather than a business with a storefront.
What to write in
We're happy to hear about:
- Corrections if something in a guide is unclear or seems out of date.
- Suggestions for topics you'd like to see covered, whether that's a specific mechanic or a question you couldn't find answered elsewhere on the site.
- General feedback on how a guide reads, especially if you're new to Pokémon GO and something didn't quite make sense.
We can't help with account issues, in-game purchases, or anything tied to your actual the game's developer account, since Trainer Hub isn't affiliated with the game's developer and has no access to player accounts or game data. For that kind of support, the official in-game help resources are the right place to go.

This is a small site, so replies may take a little while. We read every message even if we can't always respond individually.
