If you email us using the address on our contact page, we'll have whatever information you choose to include in that message, like your email address and its contents. We use that only to reply to you, and we don't add you to any mailing list or share your message with anyone else.

Links to other pages

Guides on this site link to other pages within Trainer Hub, including our beginner guide and our events hub. We don't control any external sites, so this policy only covers pages on pokemon-tcg.com and op.pokemon-tcg.com.

Fonts

These pages load one web font from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches that font, Google's servers receive the technical details of that request, such as your IP address, in the same way any web server does when it serves a file. Trainer Hub receives nothing from this and doesn't use it to identify you. Everything else on these pages is served from our own host.

Server logs

Like almost any website, the server hosting these pages may keep basic technical logs (such as which pages were requested) purely for keeping the site running reliably. This is standard web infrastructure behavior rather than a Trainer Hub feature, and it isn't used to build profiles of individual visitors or tied to any personal identity.

Children's privacy

Because we don't collect personal information from any visitor, we don't knowingly collect information from children either. There's simply no data collection mechanism on this site for any age group.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page. Since we don't collect contact details from general visitors, we can't notify you directly, so it's worth checking back occasionally if you're curious.
