Why some sites use cookies

Trainer Hub has none of those features: there are no user accounts to log into, no analytics dashboard collecting visit data, and no advertising to personalize. As a static site of guide pages, we simply don't need the kind of tracking that cookies are usually used for.

Your browser

Your own browser may still store basic technical data as part of normal web browsing, separate from anything Trainer Hub sets deliberately. You can review or clear this at any time through your browser's own privacy settings, regardless of which sites you visit.

Third-party content

Because this site doesn't embed advertising, analytics, or third-party widgets, there are no third-party cookies being set through Trainer Hub either. The one outside resource these pages load is a web font served by Google Fonts, and that font request does not set cookies. What you see on these pages is what loads, without hidden trackers riding along.

If this ever changes

Should Trainer Hub ever introduce a feature that requires cookies in the future, we'd update this page to explain exactly what's used and why, rather than leaving this policy inaccurate.
